2. Prepare the holder: Fill the ceramic holder with incense sand and set it on a stable, heat-proof surface.
3. Light the charcoal: Hold a charcoal piece by its edge with tongs and light it until it sparks, then set it on the sand and wait until it glows and turns gray at the edges.
4. Add a pinch of the blend: Sprinkle a small pinch of Relax onto the charcoal and let the scent drift through the room. Add more only when the first pinch has burned down.
5. Take a moment: If you like, sit quietly or meditate in the atmosphere you have created.
