1. Who is responsible for your data

Omni Sanat Tasarım ve Teknoloji Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Mamuxa”, “we”), Atatürk Mah. Alemdağ Cad. 2. What we collect

  • Order and account data: name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, order history.
  • Payment data: processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full card number.
  • Communications: messages you send us by email or through our contact form.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 7).
  • Marketing preferences: whether you subscribed to our emails.

3. Why we use it (and our legal basis under KVKK)

  • To process and deliver your order, handle returns and refunds, and provide customer support — necessary to perform our contract with you.
  • To keep accounting and tax records and to comply with legal obligations — legal obligation.
  • To prevent fraud and keep the site secure — our legitimate interest.
  • To send you marketing emails — only with your consent; you can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To measure and improve the site and our advertising — through cookies, with your consent where required.

4. Who we share it with

  • Shipping and logistics companies that carry your order from Türkiye to your address in the United States.
  • Our card payment provider.
  • Hosting, email and IT service providers that host the site and send our emails.
  • Analytics and advertising providers (such as Google), only for the purposes in section 3.
  • Public authorities, where required by law (for example customs, tax authorities or courts).

We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

We are based in Türkiye and you are in the United States, so your data is transferred between these countries. Transfers that are necessary to deliver your order are made because they are required to perform our contract with you. Other transfers to service providers outside Türkiye are made using safeguards required by Turkish law, such as standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep it

Order and invoice records: for the periods required by Turkish commercial and tax law (generally 10 years). Customer support messages: up to 2 years after the conversation ends. Marketing data: until you unsubscribe. Technical logs: for a limited period needed for security.

7. Cookies

We use necessary cookies to run the site and, with your consent, analytics and advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time with the cookie settings button shown on every page.

8. Your rights

Under KVKK you may ask us whether we process your data, request access to it, ask us to correct or delete it, object to certain processing and request compensation for unlawful processing. Depending on your US state of residence, you may also have rights under state privacy laws, such as the right to know, to access, to correct and to delete your personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

9. Children

Our site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

10. Marketing emails

We send marketing emails only if you subscribed. Every email contains an unsubscribe link and our postal address; we process unsubscribe requests within 10 business days.
