At Mamuxa, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy under the conditions outlined below.
Return & Refund Eligibility
You may return an item within 30 days of purchase if it meets the following criteria:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- It is in its original packaging
- You provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for health, safety, and legal reasons, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Personal care & hygiene products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards & digital products

Partial Refunds
There are some situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
- Books with visible signs of use
- Items that are damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition (not due to our error)
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
How Refunds Are Processed
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds → Will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
- Rejected refunds → If your item does not meet the return criteria, we will inform you via email.
Delayed or Missing Refunds?
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take time for the refund to appear.
- Reach out to your bank—there may be processing delays.
- If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@mamuxa.shop.
Sale Items & Exchanges
- Sale items → Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are non-refundable.
- Exchanges → We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at support@mamuxa.shop to request an exchange.
Gift Returns
If your order was marked as a gift at the time of purchase:
- You will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item.
- Once the item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the order was not marked as a gift:
- The refund will be sent to the original buyer, and they will be notified of the return.
Return Shipping Instructions
To initiate a return, email support@mamuxa.shop with your order details.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund amount.
- If you are returning a high-value item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Mamuxa does not guarantee receipt of returned items.
