2. These terms

These Terms apply to every order you place on mamuxa.shop. By placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Refund & Returns Policy, our Shipping & Delivery Policy and our Privacy Policy. Please read them before ordering.

3. Products

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Materials such as wood, resin, wax and stone vary in color, grain, size and scent from piece to piece, so the item you receive may differ slightly from the photos. Product descriptions are not medical or health claims; our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.

Safety: Incense, resin, charcoal and candles involve open flame and smoke. Never leave them unattended, keep them away from children, pets and flammable materials, and use them in a ventilated room on a heat-resistant surface.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Prices include all US import duties and customs fees; you will not be asked to pay anything on delivery.

We accept payment by credit or debit card. We do not store your full card details.

5. Your order and our contract

After you place an order we send an email confirming that we have received it. The contract between you and us is formed when we send a second email confirming that your order has been accepted, or when we ship your order, whichever comes first. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error is obvious; if we do, we will tell you and refund any amount charged in full.

6. Shipping

We ship from Türkiye to addresses in the United States only. Delivery times, costs and what happens in case of delay are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

7. Returns and refunds

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, as described in our Refund & Returns Policy. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping, at your choice.

8. Our liability

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under laws that cannot be waived by contract. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. This does not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

9. Intellectual property

The Mamuxa name, logo, product photos and texts on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use them commercially without our written permission.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer residing in the United States, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer protection laws of your state of residence.

If you have a problem, please contact us first at [email protected]; we will try to resolve it quickly. If we cannot resolve it, you may bring a claim in the courts of your state of residence (including small claims court) or in the courts of Istanbul (Anadolu), Türkiye.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
